Oysters Kilpatrick Topped with bacon and Worcestershire sauce and grilled. Oysters Epinard Topped with spinach, sour cream, cheese and grilled. Garlic, Ginger & Chilli Prawns King prawns cooked in a creamy garlic sauce, with ginger & chilli and served with a timbale of pilaf rice. Scallops Bocconcini Seared scallops with bocconcini, served on watercress and topped with a fresh basil pesto Salt and Pepper Squid Tender salt and peppered squid, deep fried in a lemon batter and smothered with a chilli plum and ginger sauce. Linguine Italienne Fresh pasta tossed through a light garlic, cream and bacon sauce, finished with sun-dried tomatoes and freshly grated parmesan. MAINS All main meals are served with vegetables Lamb & Blackberry Tender backstrap of lamb, sauteed & served on mash with a wild blackberry, redcurrant, red wine and rosemary sauce. Steak Homard Tender fillet steak cooked to your liking and smothered with a creamy lobster, seafood sauce. Chicken & Prawn Zambucca Succulent chicken breast filled with soft cheese, prawns and peppercorns, oven baked and topped with a creamy Zambucca sauce. Plain Fillet Steak Tender fillet steak cooked to your liking, and served with either chef's special pepper or diane sauce. Salmon Mediterranean Atlantic Salmon fillet encrusted with pepper, paprika & garlic, pan-fried in butter & olive oil and served on a timbale of sun dried vegetables with a Mediterranean sauce. Fish of the Day Fresh fish fillets grilled in lemon butter and an array of herbs. Fresh Local Lobsters When Available - Please see blackboard SIDE ORDERS Fresh Salad Caesar Salad Cos lettuce with special Caesar dressing, bacon, anchovies and croutons. Greek Salad An array of lettuce with tomato, olives, onion and fetta cheese drizzled with olive oil. Basket of Fries DESSERTS Sticky Date and Walnut Pudding Home-made sticky date and walnut pudding, smothered with a butterscotch sauce and served with ice-cream. Tiramisu Ice-Cream Home-made tiramisu ice-cream served with chantilly cream. Death By Chocolate Chef's special recipe mud-cake, served warm with a rich chocolate sauce, chantilly cream and ice-cream. Mixed Berry and Port Crepe An array of berries in a port sauce, nestled in a fine crepe and served with ice-cream and chantilly cream.
