Tender salt and peppered squid, deep fried in a lemon batter
and smothered with a chilli plum and ginger sauce.
Fresh pasta tossed through a light garlic, cream and bacon sauce,
finished with sun-dried tomatoes and freshly grated parmesan.

Lamb & Blackberry
Tender backstrap of lamb, sauteed & served on mash
with a wild blackberry, redcurrant, red wine and rosemary sauce.
Tender fillet steak cooked to your liking
and smothered with a creamy lobster, seafood sauce.
Chicken & Prawn Zambucca
Succulent chicken breast
filled with soft cheese, prawns and peppercorns, oven baked
and topped with a creamy Zambucca sauce.
Plain Fillet Steak
Tender fillet steak cooked to your liking,
and served with either chef's special pepper or diane sauce.
Atlantic Salmon fillet encrusted with pepper, paprika & garlic, pan-fried in butter & olive oil and served on a timbale of sun dried vegetables with a Mediterranean sauce.

Fresh fish fillets grilled in lemon butter and an array of herbs.

Chef's special recipe mud-cake,
served warm with a rich chocolate sauce, chantilly cream and ice-cream.

An array of berries in a port sauce,
nestled in a fine crepe and served with ice-cream and chantilly cream.
